I’ve helped shape player experiences for Call of Duty and led user research across tech, film, and government projects. Outside the lab, you’ll find me traveling, throwing clay at the pottery wheel, or chasing new ways to see and shape the world around me.
At Activision Blizzard, I lead UX research and playtesting for Call of Duty Mobile, collaborating with international teams across LA, Barcelona, Shanghai, and Berlin. I manage player testing from end to end — combining SQL, Python, and telemetry tools to gather insights and optimize live gameplay experiences.
Beyond the data, I proactively consult with product teams to drive updates aligned with player needs and business goals. I also developed internal monitoring protocols that made playtest operations faster, smoother, and way less chaotic.
At Snapchat, I launched a research-driven initiative to refine the Snapchat Scholars' curriculum, translating student feedback into better learning outcomes and stronger student engagement.
I also created custom surveys for the Snapchat AR Lens Challenge, helping the team understand learning preferences, boost program satisfaction, and increase student participation rates.
As a freelance strategist for Poolhouse, I conducted in-depth churn analysis to uncover user pain points and retention issues.
Using those insights, I co-led the creation of a user-focused product roadmap — keeping future product updates aligned with real-world user needs and strategic business goals.
During my time at Jam City, I bridged communication gaps between UI Design and Consumer Insights teams.
